Discover the landscapes of the Albera with a 10 km circular route through centuries-old cork oak forests. The path climbs gently, where walking among giants becomes a unique sensory experience, to the Romanesque hermitage of Santa Eugènia, surrounded by ancient terraces and dry stone walls. Along the way, you will learn about traditional cork extraction practices and their value to the local economy. At the end, you can admire modernist buildings that evoke the splendour of the cork boom in the Alt Empordà or enjoy the local cuisine
