Guided
This is not just a cycling holiday—it’s a guided journey through the heart of Catalonia’s cork country, where every detail is carefully curated for comfort, culture, and flavor. From the moment you arrive in Girona, you’ll be welcomed into elegant hotels with character and history, and each evening you’ll enjoy the region’s finest cuisine in handpicked restaurants where local products shine.
Pedaling at an easy pace along quiet paths and the old cork railway line, your expert guide will lead you through sun-dappled cork oak forests, past vineyards and olive groves, and into medieval villages where time seems to stand still. You’ll taste award-winning wines at boutique cellars, discover organic cider and farm-to-table produce, and explore the legacy of the cork industry in places where tradition meets innovation.
The route flows naturally toward the Mediterranean, with nights in coastal gems like Palamós and Calella de Palafrugell, where the sea breeze greets you after days of discovery. Along the way, cultural highlights—from Dalí’s surreal Púbol Castle to the vibrant Cork Museum—enrich the experience.
With luxury accommodation, exceptional food, and seamless support throughout, this guided tour is designed for travelers who want to explore at a gentle rhythm while savoring the very best of Girona, the Costa Brava, and their unique cork heritage.
Our free transfer service will take you to your hotel in Girona. Time to enjoy the historic centre, its many historic buildings, fabulous restaurants and cycling-themed cafés. In the evening, we will enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.

We start our trip with a short ride along the "cork train" bike path to the village of Cassà de la Selva. This small, welcoming village is proud of its cork heritage, and it shows! In the village, we will cycle past beautiful graffiti by Artur Valls, inspired by cork. We will visit the cork factory of De Maria Taps and a local outdoors arts center.
